Hazrat Khwaja Fakhruddin (R.A)
Hazrat Khwaja Fakhruddin (R.A.) was blessed with a strong lineage to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) through his father, Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti (R.A), who was the descendant of Hazrat Imam Hussein (R.A), son of Hazrat Ali (R.A).
He was a great saint and a scholar as well. He was a great dervish and followed strictly in the footsteps of his illustrious father.

Hazrat Khwaja Fakhruddin (R.A.) was blessed with a strong lineage to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) through his father, Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti (R.A), who was the descendant of Hazrat Imam Hussein (R.A), son of Hazrat Ali (R.A).
LIFE
Hazrat Khwaja Fakhruddin (R.A.) was the eldest son of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti (R.A.) who earned his livelihood by farming in Sarwar Sharif. He was a great saint and a scholar as well. He was a great dervish and followed strictly in the footsteps of his illustrious father. He spent most of his time in spiritual development with Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia (R.A) of Delhi who was himself a great and well-known Sufi dervish. He adopted agriculture as his profession and lived in a village (Mandal) near Ajmer.
He was blessed with five sons. One of his sons, Hazrat Khwaja Hussamuddin (R.A) was a perfect Sufi. His grave is at Sanbar Sharif. Every year, his Urs is organized on the 13th and 14th of Rajab.
After twenty years of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti (R.A.) veiled himself from this world, he left for his eternal abode in Sarwar town in 1265 AD, some 60 miles away from Ajmer, which is an attraction to hundreds of pilgrims during his Urs every year. His Mazar is located near a pond in the town. His Urs is celebrated on the 6th of Sha’ban every year with great fervor.
